Full Recipe Provided by Gabi Fang/ 完整食譜由 Gabi Fang 提供

Ingredients/ 材料:

  • 3 tbs butter|奶油 3 大匙

  • 3 tbs diced onion |洋蔥切小塊 3 大匙

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 10.75 oz|罐頭奶油蘑菇濃湯 1 罐, 10.75 oz

  • 1 package Knorr Chicken and Corn Soup Mix 2.12.oz | 康寶金黃玉米濃湯粉 1 包

  • 6 shrimps, deveined | 蝦 6 隻

  • 6 scallops |新鮮干貝 6 個 

  • 1 loaf of unsliced Brioche or white toast |一條奶油蛋捲麵包, 未切 (吐司也可以)                                         

  • Pinch of black pepper |黑胡椒少許

  • Pinch of white pepper |白胡椒少許

  • 2-3 tbs Water |水 2-3 大匙

Direction/ 做法:

Step 1: 

Let’s melt butter on low heat to sauté some onions. Then add canned mushroom soup with some water to loosen up the consistency. Then add Knorr Chicken and Corn Soup Mix for additional color and flavor. Stir in shrimps and scallops and let it simmer.

用小火將奶油融化後 加入洋蔥拌炒。然後加入罐裝的蘑菇濃湯 添一些水  調至適當的濃稠度。然後加入康寶金黃玉米濃湯粉來增色及添加風味。加入鮮蝦及新鮮干貝後 用小火慢煮。煮至蝦及干貝都熟了之後即可關火。

Step 2: 

Cut the bread into 2” thick and spread butter on all side. Send them into the air-fryer for 5 mins or toast them in the oven to take on some color all side. Once done, cut out a shape that looks like the coffin cover. Then scoop out some bread and make room for the filling. Then pour the soup into the bread. Add a pinch of black pepper and white pepper to finish.

將麵包切成2英吋厚, 在所有的切面都塗上奶油,送進氣炸鍋炸 5 分鐘 或用烤箱烤至表面有點焦黃。麵包炸好後,切出一個像棺材蓋子的形狀,然後取出一些麵包,留出空間放濃湯。然後將濃湯倒入麵包裡。最後撒上黑胡椒粉及白胡椒粉,棺材板就完成囉!
